Cautions and Contraindications:
Not to be taken by pregnant or lactating women. Rare side-effects of boswellia include diarrhea, skin rash, acid reflux and nausea and maybe contraindicated in those with pre-existing gastritis or gastro-esophagael reflux disease (GERD).
